Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. The time & cost of a missed appointment hurts my business. Please be respectful of this policy, as it will be harder for you to book again with me in the future. If you plan on being late to your appointment please communicate with Brooklyn as soon as possible. By booking, you fully acknowledge & understand this policy. A 50% cancellation fee is charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
